Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Products are typically guaranteed by suppliers with a warranty of at least 12 months, otherwise we provides its own guarantee. Please keep receipt of your purchase for warranty claims.

Do your prices include GST?

Yes, all prices include GST.

Is your pricing in Australian dollars?

Yes, all pricing is in Australian dollars.

Shipping and Handling Rates

Shipping charges are based on the weight, size and destination of your parcel. postage calculator can be found showing on each product detail page.

We offer free shipping Australia wide on all orders over $50.

Where do you ship?

The Medi Shop has nationwide Australia coverage for all products.

We can also organise international shipments however a shipping quote will need to be obtained.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days. 5-10 Business days for WA country, far North QLD and most of NT outside the Alice Springs and Darwin.

Please also allow 1-2 days for dispatch.

I'm missing item(s) or wrong item(s) are received

If all of your shipments have been delivered and you are missing items or the wrong item(s) were received please Contact Us and we will organize to make another shipment or swap the item for you.

How do I track my order?

Once your items have shipped out you will get an email notification and a tracking number attached to it.

This tracking number will be linked to the carrier tracking website and if you click on it, it will allow you to track the status of your order. In some cases tracking updates could take 24-48 hours to update accurately.

Alternatively you can always contact the courier directly and quote your tracking number and they will be able to give you more accurate tracking information.

How do I add products to the cart?

1.Items to be purchased must first be added to Your Shopping Cart. To do this, simply click on the “Add to Cart” button that appears next to the product. If you want to continue browsing the store, just click on “Continue Shopping” button.

2. Continue finding and adding items to your cart until you are ready to make your purchase.

3.Click the “Check Out” button in your shopping cart once you are finished shopping. You can view the items you have placed in your shopping cart at any time by clicking the “View Cart” icon located at the top right of any page.

If you are having difficulty adding items to your cart, or your cart appears empty after you have added items to it, please make sure you have cookies enabled on your browser.

Completing the Checkout Process

To Checkout your order, simply proceed to the Checkout Icon in the top right hand corner of the website.

You’ll need to then enter your Billing and Shipping Address and choose Shipping Method. Thereafter select a Payment Method. Review & submit order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various methods of payment including Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard), PayPal, Direct Deposit and Afterpay.

Payment surcharges and security

We don’t charge any extra or surcharge on credit card payment. For orders above certain value, we may also require identity verification checks to prevent credit card fraud.

These restrictions may be avoided if payment is made with Paypal’s credit card transaction processing service.

Simply choose Paypal as the payment method during our Checkout process. If you haven’t registered with Paypal already, visit their website at www.paypal.com.au and follow their instructions to get your credit card approved.

Is your site safe for payments?
